Founded in March, 2002, CIRCLE Medical, LLC is the culmination of Dr. Gary
Blick’s 18 years of clinical experience. CIRCLE’s purpose is to provide comprehensive,
compassionate, and personalized medical care for the LGBT community and those
infected with and affected by HIV/AIDS. CIRCLE, the Comprehensive
Immunology and Research Center for
Life Extension, is dedicated to reducing HIV to
a chronic, manageable, and treatable lifelong infection by offering cutting-edge
clinical research opportunities for individuals with HIV/AIDS and chronic
hepatitis. The medical team at CIRCLE is comprised of:
Dr. Paola Greiger-Zanlungo, Primary Care HIV/AIDS Specialists and General
Internists
Dr. Greiger has been working with Dr. Blick since 1994 and specializes in
the care and treatment of women with HIV, and those who have acquired HIV
through intravenous drug use.
Trish Garton, APRN Nurse Practitioner
Trish provides medical care to patients and serves as CIRCLE’s Clinical Research
Coordinator. She has been working with Dr. Blick since 1994.
Scott Gretz, Clinical Research Administrator and Office Manager
Scott is the newest addition to the CIRCLE team and has been coordinating
CIRCLE’s outreach efforts to bring the latest in research opportunities to
HIV-positive individuals such as women, Latinos, and African-Americans, who
typically lack access to clinical research. Scott also assists Trish and
Dr. Blick with clinical research studies.
Bob Helfrich, LMT Physical Therapist/Licensed Massage Therapist
Bob provides masterful and healing therapy to those with acute and chronic
medical and physical ailments. Bob is trained in deep tissue and Swedish
massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Acupressure, and Neuromuscular Reeducation.
Patrice Katz, RD Nutritionalist,
Patrice has been fulfilling the nutritional and dietary needs of patients
at CIRCLE since 1992. By carefully integrating body composition analysis
and nutritional testing with naturopathic and medical intervention, she is
able to fulfill the needs and desires of the individual to help them reach
their goal.

Dedicated individuals who devote their time and efforts to helping maintain
